Your guide meets you at the agreed spot. Afterwards you get the same Trustpilot invitation as everyone else.

Secure the date with 20% of the tour price. The balance is charged 7 days before the tour. Nothing is charged until the guide has confirmed your itinerary in writing.
Payments go to the company, not to the guide, and the guide is paid after the tour has run. If a guide cannot deliver, we find a replacement or refund in full.
After every tour the traveller receives the same Trustpilot invitation, automatically, whether or not the day went well (Trustpilot's invite-all rule). We never write, edit or pay for reviews. Guides reply publicly. We also link to, but never copy, reviews on other platforms.
WhatsApp line 09:00–22:00 China time on tour days. Local Chinese networks block WhatsApp, so use an eSIM or roaming; we also reply by email.
